Processing and delivery can range in between 3 business days to 3 weeks depending on custom items. Due to COVID-19 please allow an extra 3-7 business days for delivery time. 

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping times will vary and typically takes 2-7 business days after your item has been shipped. 

Tracking shipment

You will receive a tracking number whenever your order has been shipped. Once your items have arrived at the post office you will receive an email conformation that your products are on the way.

Wrong information

Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your purchasing. If you happen to provide incorrect information please email us as soon as possible. No changes can be made once your order has been shipped out. 

Lost or damaged items

KayCee Kreationz is responsible for your order until it reaches the post office. Please contact USPS if you have any problems with shipping to wrong location, stolen, damaged, or lost products.

KayCee Kreationz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
